  Look, if someone sets a to-do's StartDate or DueDate, then hasStartDate or hasDueDate
  must also be set. Else the API is just garbage.

  These enums are used as array indexes, so we cannot just prepend Invalid
  here. Also, IIRC we decided against Spam, if not it needs to be
  implemented, not just added. This fixes a bunch of asserts in the MDA,
  causing the creation of a new maildir resource for every one of them...
