Move EntityTreeView and FavoriteCollectionsView into kdepimlibs

I have patches to port playground/pim and mailody to use them from installed
locations.

If I've forgotten anyhing, simply change the includes to use <akonadi/entitytreeview.h>
instead of "akonadi_next/entitytreeview.h"
