Register org.freedesktop.Akonadi.Preprocessor iface to /Preprocessor path

The '/' path is already occupied by AgentBase, so we can't add anything there
and it's also more consistent with other extensions, like Transport or Search.

This required a change on the server too, se we bump dependency version too
