Increase timeout to obtain a lock.

    When you first startup Kontact without any configuration or data
    of KDE and Akonadi exisiting it is quite possible that obtaining
    the dbus lock takes more then 3 seconds.
    In that situation this timeout caused KMail to abort and close
    although everything is fine but a bit slow.
