The Maemo/ARM runtime linker apparently cannot deal with clashing internal/private symbols

(something we saw on the Mac before), so we need to namespace them as well. Unfortunately,
qdbusxml2cpp can't handle namespaces apparently, so we need this ugly workaround.

This fixes the missing resource D-Bus interface in the IMAP resource on my N900.
