Until now one can trigger collection tree synchronization via... 

Until now one can trigger collection tree synchronization via AgentInstance::synchronizeCollectionTree(), but there is no way to
receive its result, as ResourceSynchronizationJob only supports full synchronization.
Add a flag to ResourceSynchronizationJob to support also collection tree synchronization.
