This breaks Kalendar for which we try to make compilable with both the latest released version and master so that newcomers and people who want to try Kalendar don't have a too bad time compiling Kalendar. @dvratil @vkrause could we please revert this until just before the feature freeze?

I pushed a fix on kalendar to allow to build against old/new akonadi.
