Add a volatile (runtime) property with the akonadi id.

Implementors of the KCalCore::CalendarObserver interface, when
reimplementing calendarIncidenceDeleted(Incidence) have no way
to get to the Akonadi Item id which might be the key of some hashes.

This makes it easy to do that.
This is a volatile property, so it will be lost when serializing.
