TestRunner: there's no KDEHOME anymore, use XDG_CONFIG_HOME and XDG_DATA_HOME instead 

KConfig now looks for XDG_CONFIG_HOME by default, not KDEHOME. This breaks knut
resource, because we were still installing the XML files to KDEHOME. This patch
moves everything to XDG_CONFIG_HOME and XDG_CONFIG_DATa and adjusts the
TestRunner to setup the environment as needed.
