- Read akonadiconnectionrc before every (re-)connection attempt, the

  server might not have been running during session construction and we
  might therefore have tired to read an outdated or non-existing file.
- Allow to overwrite akonadiconnectionrc with an environment variable
  'AKONADI_SERVER_ADDRESS', with a format inspired by the corresponding
  D-Bus variable.
- Support TCP sockets.

Now I can connect with akonadiconsole to an Akonadi server running
remotely via the Akonadi remote debugging server. Still requires some
manual environment variable setup, but seems to work basically  :)
