* Changed ItemModel, so that subclasses can specify the ItemFetchPart now 

* Add new classes ItemView and ItemBrowser, where ItemView monitors one item
  and ItemBrowser gives a HTML presentation of the item
* Moved KABCModel to new subdirectory 'kabc'
* Added KABCItemBrowser and KABCItemEditor which can be used to view/edit contacts
* Added 'kabcviewer' and 'kabceditor', two example applications, to the clients directory
