New class to import ical files into akonadi.

This will replace the old korganizer import code.

- Integrates with the undo/redo framework, you can undo merging calendars.
- No more KIO sync code.
- Error handling in all code paths.
- Success is only reported when the operation finishes.
- Can be usable from QML by adding some Q_PROPERTIES
