- cleaned up tracer information

 - add the following methods:
    * setAgentInstanceName
    * agentInstanceName
    * agentInstanceConfigure
    * setAgentInstanceConfiguration
    * agentInstanceConfiguration
   and the two signals
    * agentInstanceNameChanged
    * agentInstanceConfigurationChanged

 - add config button to akonadiconsole to make use of the new functionality
