Akonadi

 Make it link for msvc across DLL boundaries.
 move now from AbstractCollectionPropertiesPageFactory to CollectionPropertiesPageFactory 
 and use AKONADI_COLLECTION_PROPERTIES_PAGE_FACTORY() macro instead of the template,
 simialar to those defnined elsewhere in KDE, e.g. K_EXPORT_PLUGIN().
 
 Example use:
 AKONADI_COLLECTION_PROPERTIES_PAGE_FACTORY(
    CollectionAttributePageFactory, CollectionAttributePage)
