FakeAkonadiServer: allow disabling cleanup through env variable

Passing arguments to a QtTest binary does not really work and cannot
be done with CTest anyway, instead we add support for an environment
variable to disable FakeAkonadiServer cleanup (so that it's possible
to inspect the database).
