Don't install/build calendaring lib yet.

I've been sitting on this for too long, I figure the only way
I'm motivated to finish it is to start cleaning+releasing each
class, one by one, instead of working on them all at the same time.

Therefore I'm merging the branch into master, so no history is lost.

Disabled in CMakeLists.
