Adding a helper class for checking Collection and Item MIME types.

Direct string comparison can fail if a MIME type's alias or "parent type" (MIME inheritance) is used on either side of the check.

Uses the MIME check facilities provided by KMimeType and wraps them in convenience methods more suited for use in Akonadi clients.
