Revert "Use new ItemFetchJob delivery options in ETM" 

This reverts commit 5f7a6a4311a81478601b692ad7ed2b6ab74c7567.

This introduced new bugs into the ETM due to items() being always empty.
The proper fix will go to master as it requires new API.
