- Adapt to the upcoming server change that will allow remote id changes only by

  the owning resource.
- Add a AKVERIFYEXEC( job ) macro to replace the prevalent QVERIFY( job->exec() ).
  It includes the job error sting in the output on failure to simplify debugging.
