Use the attributes of the ChangeRecorders ItemFetchScope 

when fetching the item that is passed to ResourceBase::retrieveItem().

Now it is possible to set attributes on the items that are retrieved in
MyResource::retrieveItems(), and evaluate that attribute in MyResource::retrieveItem().
