Copy kcalutils/scheduler.cpp to akonadi/calendar/scheduler_p.cpp

Fixing it requires many BIC changes, can't be done in KCalUtils.

It does too much sync stuff and integration with akonady was hacked
in by force.

Will deprecate the old one as soon as the new one works.
