Fix case where events wouldn't appear anywhere in the view.

Happened when the event had a recurrence end date and the user
moved the event such as dtstart became bigger than the recurrence end.

We now intercept this and set the recurrence end date to be equal
dtstart, since it doesn't make sense for it to be smaller.
