Add support for virtual collection mimetype

When a new collection is created in parent collection that has
the virtual collection mimetype, but not the regular collection
mimetype, the Akonadi server will force this collection to be
virtual.

This provides a way for resources to force client applications
to create virtual collections instead of regular collections.
