Fix mailclient unit tests.

Removed dependency with kdepim-runtime's maildir and mailtransport so
this can run on jenkins.

If the unit-tests are running, the outgoing e-mail is placed into
a list of result structures, that is then verified by the unit-test.

mailclient is a private class, so I don't mind having unit-test methods
in the header file.
