calendarbase.cpp - handleUidChange(): reload memory calendar 

reload the memory calendar if we cannot locate the incidence
whose Uid we want to modify. if the incidence still cannot be
found then we (assert) and return.

also remove some old ifdef'd debugging leftovers.
